July 5 Giveaway

BRANDED by Liza James

Rating: Erotica

When young widow Lily McCourt is attacked by a couple of neighboring ranch hands, Troy Hammond comes to her rescue, just as he has since the day her husband died. For Lily, it was love at first sight the moment the ranch foreman drifted onto the Triple M Ranch, and Troy feels the same, she’s sure of it. She's also certain Troy's loyalty to her dead husband has kept him from acting on his feelings, and if she wants to break the reluctant cowboy's stubborn sense of honor, she'll have to shed more than her petticoats to brand him as her own.

Hi Tarah, thanks for having me today. Hi Cindi!

BRANDED is my personal favorite of my erotic romances (all of which are short stories). The funny thing is, the reason I wrote is I'd asked my wonderful editor (Diana) if there was any kind of story she'd like to read, and she said a western. Since I'm a huge fan of Little House on the Prairie, that's sort of what I had in mind while writing it...LOL And I've been blessed with amazing reviews from Night Owl, Two Lips, Romance Junkies & Fallen Angel. Next year I plan to write another short historical erotic romance.

I'm super busy right now with my Donna Marie Rogers titles. GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY, a contemporary western novella (yep, I love cowboys *G*) that takes place in Golden, Colorado releases in e-format August 6th from the Wild Rose Press, and THERE'S ONLY BEEN YOU, the first book I wrote (and the book of my heart) releases in e-format October 10th from the Wild Rose Press and in print April 2009. WELCOME TO REDEMPTION, a small town anthology I wrote with my good friend Stacey Joy Netzel, released in print January 1st (my first print book!) and has received some incredible reviews including a 4-1/2* star from Romantic Times.

P.S. I'll be giving away a copy of GAME ON by Liza James on KyAnn Waters blog Monday, July 6th!!

I've always loved hot, fully described love scenes. Some of my favorite authors are Lori Foster, Linda Howard, Lara Adrian, J.R. Ward, all who write smokin' hot, yet emotionally charged love scenes. I guess writing my own such love scenes was a natural progression. My Donna Marie Rogers titles also feature fully described love scenes, with the exception of Welcome To Redemption, which are the only sweet stories I've ever written. LOL Although the sequel will be very sensual & sexy.
