  I love graphic love scenes, ergo, I love erotic romance! That said, it has to have a reasonable story line with the love scenes an intrinsic part of the story, not just something thrown in just for the sex!

Plus sometimes I feel there's an unofficial competition going on with erotic writers--who can write the longest description of a half hour scene?

It adds to the element of the romance book I think because some men have a hard time showing they love someone outside of those graphic scenes. Especially the bad boys in books who have to act tough and rugged outside the bedroom.
