The archaeologist in me wants to be realistic... thin, most likely malnourished by our standards, worn and not so great teeth because of all the grit in the food and high-carb diet of agricultural societies, gray hair early in life from stress and malnutrition, and wrinkles when I hit 20. Life was hard back then.

Wow! Good question. Hmmm, have to think on it. I would have loved to have been a vampire living in London, if that were possible. A real world answer would be an Egyptian queen such as Cleopatra. I dressed up as her several years in a row for Halloween. I could also see myself as European royalty or upper class wearing all those gorgeous gowns, which is probably more fun than it looks.
It was interesting to see the other answers as well.

I was probably a medieval monk. Not very glamorous, I know, but I study Greek and Roman history for a living and medieval copyists preserved a great many of the texts we now have from that period. I think maybe I was one of them back then, so when I frustrated that a particular text isn't extant, or that it was expurgated, it was probably my own fault.
