A true fall Thursday
We've had unseasonably warm weather this October here in Lower New York and I've loved every minute of it. There's nothing like an Indian Summer to remind us how beautiful the world is. Today, however, is a more typical fall day, slightly overcast, and cool. I can't complain, however. The colors are spectacular this year, and we haven't hit our peak yet.
Things got quiet here after our time with Skhye. My daughter had a five day weekend, so I became even busier at home than usual, and got much less writing done than planned. She's back in school for what is a four day week, so I hope to get my groove back a bit today with a long writing session.
