The Pendulum:Legacy of the Celtic Brooch reviewed by The Write to Make Living

The story opens with Lady Airin Keith sneaking into the chamber of the Scarlet Knight...

won't give you too much because this is a MUST READ -- no spoilers (sorry guys).
The Pendulum is a page turner, held my attention from the very first sentence.  Lady Airin is a spunky character.  She is passionate and unafraid, yet vulnerable and heartsick over the loss of her sister.  She is willing to do whatever it takes to avenge her sister's death, even if that means marrying a man that she distrusts.

Although it is a short read, it's just enough. Tarah weaves a masterful tale, with just the right amount of mystery and deceit, romance and passion. As the story unfolds you see Airin's character evolve, as the truth gradually reveals itself.
Detailed and beautifully described, you'll be able to visualize the hidden chambers of the castle and the clothing of the era.  I cannot say enough...I really enjoyed reading this book. I can't wait to read the next installment...
