I came across this on one of my writer's loops AGENT PET PEEVES, and just couldn't quit laughing. Most of these peeves are mistakes made by new or unprofessional authors. I've seen pretty much all of these mistakes made--none by me, of course. HA! Here's the one that just got me going:

"I’m really turned off by a protagonist named Isabelle who goes by 'Izzy.' No. Really. I am."
